SHIPPING POLICY
Overnight orders must be placed before 10:00 am to be dispatched the same day. Orders placed through this method are typically delivered the following day but may have an additional day's delay depending on your location accessibility and unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Methods:
Please note that Kratom Bliss does not ship on weekends or public holidays and cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we will only accept returns, exchanges, and/or issue refunds if we incorrectly supplied your order. We take extra precautions to ensure this does not happen.
Return Conditions:
Customers must notify Kratom Bliss of any incorrectly supplied items within 48 hours of receipt. Please support your claim with pictures by sending an email to info@kratombliss.co.za.
Returned goods must be sealed, unopened, and still in their original packaging.
Once these conditions are met, we will proceed with the return process. Otherwise, all orders are final.
