SHIPPING POLICY

  • Under normal circumstances, all orders placed and paid for (payment reflected in our bank account) will be shipped out the following business day.

 

  • NOTE: No order will be processed or shipped until payment clears in our bank account. Immediate payments are welcome when choosing the Bank transfer payment method at checkout.

 

  • Overnight orders must be placed before 10:00 am to be dispatched the same day. Orders placed through this method are typically delivered the following day but may have an additional day's delay depending on your location accessibility and unforeseen circumstances.

 

  • Once the courier has received your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the corresponding tracking number.

 

  • You should expect to receive your order within 1-4 business days (depending on the shipping method you chose) once we have received payment confirmation.

 

Shipping Methods:

  • We use various courier services based on delivery locations and the fastest options available.

 

  • We offer Overnight shipping for both local (Gauteng) and national locations outside of Gauteng.

 

  • We also offer Economy shipping options with longer delivery lead times as specified at checkout for all regions nationally.

 

  • Please note that Kratom Bliss does not ship on weekends or public holidays and cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

 

  • All delivery addresses MUST contain a Street name or corner, Suburb, City/Town, and Province. If we're delivering to a business address please state the building name, office block, unit nr, and floor nr if applicable. 

 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we will only accept returns, exchanges, and/or issue refunds if we incorrectly supplied your order. We take extra precautions to ensure this does not happen.

 

Return Conditions:

Customers must notify Kratom Bliss of any incorrectly supplied items within 48 hours of receipt. Please support your claim with pictures by sending an email to info@kratombliss.co.za.

Returned goods must be sealed, unopened, and still in their original packaging.

Once these conditions are met, we will proceed with the return process. Otherwise, all orders are final.
